Certified Naturopath for Health and Psychologie | Creative Director | Coaching and Consulting
My passions are a melting pot of psychology, philosophy, spiritual teachings, happiness, well-being, cultures and people. It’s my mission to help companies and individuals by giving guidance on the small things they can do to make a big difference. I love to connect the dots, be a catalyst for innovation, great ideas, and support and inspire positive change.
With over 11 years experience as a creative executive in New York, I know how to untangle sticky issues such as defining values and visions, crafting a “happy” employee journey, cross-cultural communication and relationship building. I also address issues across technology, company (start-up) culture, design innovation, and conflict resolution to promote positive change and growth. I believe that building great businesses starts from the top. A willingness to co-create with employees to design a more conscious, satisfied and sustainable work environment is crucial.
Communicating your vision is just as important as crafting one. I understand the challenge many talented executives have in delivering a powerful and persuasive message. I’m happy to deliver keynote speeches, masterclasses, and workshops for companies and conferences!
I like to coach and inspire individuals to make changes in diverse areas like; authentic leadership, managing stress, realising your personal potential, enhancing communication at work, building a sustainable career, presentation psychology, happiness at work, increasing emotional intelligence, innovation process, think tanks, work-life balance, family and relationship connectivity and confidence building.
